Big Bum is the more acoustic version of Frantic! Available as 2 or 3-pieces featuring Al & Carl and sometimes Bob. Frantic! and Big Bum are based in the Bergen and Passaic County areas and perform nearly every weekend in live music venues in the North Jersey and New York area including Amazing Grapes in Pompton Lakes. In some venues Frantic! will open the night with a "Big Bum" set which will feature music from The Beatles, Simon & Garfunkel, The Grateful Dead, just to name a few and then kick it up a notch for the next set.

Al and Carl of the band FRANTIC! decided to play as a two-piece to fill up some of their free time. Their love of music is evident in their performances and you have never heard such beautiful harmonies. They'll play a lot of your favorite Frantic! tunes along with some they don't play with the full band and are continually adding new songs to their repertoire. Covering not only ballads by bands such as The Beatles or Simon and Garfunkel, Big Bum can also rock it up a notch with music by Stevie Ray Vaughn, The Doors, Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin, Santana and more.
